HEAVY DUTY AIR CHUCKS
The Redmer Air Chuck is a heavy holding fixture that has many uses in
second operation work, such as drilling, milling, threading, tapping,
deburring, etc. It is also an ideal fixture for use in assembly work.

This compact model with 1/2" capacity was
designed especially for small work applica-
tions where limited amount of space is availble
NC Air Chuck
Dual chamber piston provides powerful hold-
ing of parts to 1-1/16". Designed for mount-
ing vertically or horizontally. Narrow profile
allows for side-by-side stacking to fully uti-
lize table space. Ideal for CNC Machining
Centers and shuttle tables.
#2S Air Chuck
A real heavy-duty workhorse for the most
demanding applications. For parts up to 2"
diameter.

FLOAT-LOCK VISES
BANDSAW VISE
For hard-to-hold pieces, vertical cutting, automatic chain
feed operation, irregular shapes & compound angle cutting.
Each Band Saw Vise comes complete with one set of deluxe
jaw blocks that feature Horizontal and Vertical "V" grooves
that align and grip rounds securely. Parallel grooves align
work for flat stock.

Float-Lock Vise features a quick-acting
ratchet adjustment for faster setups & use.
•
The thumb ring release the ratchet to move
the ratchet jaw along the vise shaft.
•
Vise turns on three sides, which permits
drilling many holes without removing
work.

Each drill press vise comes complete with
a table mounting clamp and one set of
deluxe jaw blocks.

Internal Hand Knurling Tool
An excellent hand tool for the ma-
chine shop as well as the maintenace
department. The standard tool has a
1-1/4" to 5" capacity. The deluxe tool
includes adapters to reduce the mini-
mum capacity to 5/8". Tools and
adapter sets include one set of me-
dium pitch, straight pattern knurls.
Knurlmaster Hand Knurling Tool
1/8" to 1" capacity. For straight and
diamond pattern knurling excellent
for "on the spot" repairing of shafts.
Availble in standard and deluxe kits.

EASY CHANGE R-8
Quick-Change Tool System
•
The Royal Quick-Change Tool System
provides a fast method for changing
tools on a Bridgeport-style mill once the
R8 body is installed in the machine
spindle, tools can be changed in seconds.
•
One hand operation simply depress the
brass locking button and rotate collar to
the locked-open position. When a new
tool is inserted, it depresses a spring-
loaded pin, snapping the collar back
into the locked-closed position.
