Oxide plated. We grind the shanks
after machining and heat treating for
best results.

Bodies are ground to match the caps:
Tolerances:
+/- .003 concentricity from shank to
mating bore of cap.
+/- .001 square from shank to
clamping surface of cap.

Offers flexibility in sawing operations.
•
Spring load mechanisim accepts saw blades with hole diameter from 1/2" to 1"
•
Blades are firmly secured in position with hex head screw.
•
Holds all saws with 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 7/8" and 1" holes.
