HEAT TREATING FURNACES
From 300ºF to 2250ºF
•
These furnaces are designed for general
use in the shop, laboratory or factory
where temperatures from 300ºF to 2250ºF
are required.
•
Temperature controls: Auto tuning
microprocessor-base controller.
•
The 133 has a bottom element mounted
in grooves in floor and covered by
refractory heart plate.
•
Model 136 assaying furnace has no bottom
element and the side elements are raised
1.75" above the floor to prevent burnout
due to spillage.
•
The easily operated, counter-balanced
door is always away from operator.
•
These models come equipped with two
door safety switches. When door is
opened, elements are disconnected from
power source. Solid state zero voltage
switching of power to elements.
•
Produces a stream of clean air at 50ºF below supply air temperature, with
no moving parts.
•
It will remove heat to prolong tool life and increase productivity on
machining operations where flood cooling is not practical or desirable.
•
Serves as a useful "spot cooler" on a variety of industrial processes.
