40° Helix
Accupro carbide end mills are manufactured with an advanced
tool geometry that will out perform conventional style end mills.
They feature a helix angle of 40° that provides higher shearing
action with superior workpiece finish. This also enhances chip
ejection and allows for higher speeds and feeds.
• 4 Flute end mills are excellent for deep slotting applications
and also for use on aluminum and nonferrous materials.
• All end mills are centercutting, allowing for 3-axis capability
of plunging, ramping and profile milling.

Surface Treatments:
AlTiN (Aluminum Titanium Nitride)
• Recommended for difficult to machine materials.
• Used for aggressive machining of aircraft/aerospace
materials, stainless steels, high alloy carbon steels,
nickelbased high-temperature alloys and titanium alloys.
Also used in dry machining of cast irons, nodular iron
and selected carbon steel.
• Extremely hard, wear resistant.
• Provides increase of 75 to 100% in machining
speeds vs. uncoated tools.
4 Flute AlTiN Coated
Progressive Helix
Single End Mills
Solid Micrograin Carbide
Stub, Regular & Long Lengths
• Progresses helix design changes from 35° at the tip to 60°
at the shank, reducing vibration and chatter allowing for
aggressive machining of stainless steels, steels, Inconels,
cast iron and high-temperature alloys.
• Allows for increased feed rates by up to 50%, larger chip
loads per tooth and extended tool life when compared to
standard carbide end mills.
