Machine Leveling Mounts
• These machine mounts effectively isolate vibration in two ways:
1. By preventing one vibration-causing machine
from disturbing other machines, and
2. By insulating precision machinery
from external causes of vibration.
• They meet OSHA requirements for secure anchoring
by preventing machine "walking" without the need
for bolting or cementing
• Unique leveling plate gives steady safe support
when machine is being leveled and after it is secured
• A generous amount of vibration dampening material
is used compared to other types of machine mounts
• Royal mounts isolate and stop structure-borne
sound (strong vibrations), which can be harmful
to workers and to materials

Leveling Mounts with Bolt
These mounts have been designed to reduce transmitted vibration for high precision and computerized machinery. For best results in reducing
transmitted vibration, use the mount which has the maximum load range which comes close to the specific weight required for your need.
By following the above recommendation it is possible to reduce the transmitted vibration of most machinery up to 98%. All loads should be
figured in pounds per leg. Example: 1200 pound machine with six legs would have a load of 200 pounds per leg.
