Rubber Vibration
Isolation Load Bearing Pads
When higher loadings are required, solid pads provide the
solution. These pads are designed to deflect ⁄ " at the max-

imum load. The entire surface of the pad must be covered
with a steel plate.
• Type: Bridge Bearing Natural Rubber Pad
• Quality level to bridge support standards.
• Natural rubber for maximum performance.
• High load capacity.
• Convenient 1" thickness.

Nitrile Vibration
Isolation Pads
Nitrile has the best oil resistance of all natural
and synthetic rubber materials. It is superior to
Neoprene and recommended for all locations
where there is a constant or intermittent
exposure to oil, grease or gasoline.
Mason type "Ni" Nitrile pads provide friction
and avoid bolting as well as vibration isolation
under drill presses, milling presses, shears, lathes,
punch presses and similar machines.
May be used in multi layers separated by
16 gauge steel plates for greater efficiency.
• Highest oil resistance of all rubber materials
• Waffle design for better grip

Neoprene & Steel
Vibration Isolation Pads
When there is a concentrated load
because of a small leg on a heavy
machine or a formed sheet metal
leg without a bottom surface, you
can always cut a pad to size and
cement your own steel plate on top.
Usually it is more convenient to buy
them, so two types are offered.
The WMSW has the cemented
steel plate sandwiched between
a super waffle pad on the bottom
and a ⁄ " friction pad on the top.

No bolting required. The MBSW
replaces the friction pad on top
with a ⁄ " diameter center hole

for bolting through. A ⁄ " neoprene

isolation washer cemented to a
steel washer is provided as well.
• Steel plate distributes concentrated loads.
• Provided with clear hole for bolting.
• Flat pad on top where bolting is not required.

Neoprene Floor Mount Vibration Isolators
Neoprene mounts are better isolators than isolation pads because they are thicker
(taller) and provide more deflection. Top bolts and washers are provided for bolting
to the equipment. The neoprene friction covering on the bottom generally eliminates
bolting to the structure. These excellent all-purpose oil resistant mountings are used
under compressors, blowers, air conditioning equipment, pumps, machine tools,
transformers, etc. Used in compression only.
