of installation and operation. It is extremely versatile. In
addition to general toolroom grinding, it is suitable for
many milling applications.
The LBP is an extremely versatile electric chuck. Its variable
holding power permits easy flat grinding (without shimming) of
workpieces which do not have one true flat surface. The magnetic
surface pattern allows for simple and inexpensive tolling designs
to hold intricately shaped workpieces.

The sides of magnetic chucks are diamag-
netic, they create no magnetic field, and
therefore will not attract ferrous particles.
The surface plates of the chucks are almost
without pitch permitting you to use them
for jobs (small or thin parts) that previously
couldn't be handled by the ordinary type
magnetic chuck. Handle release is posi-
tive.
