Chatter Resistant - Spring Loaded
•
The "Mighty Midget" Radius Dresser avoids the necessity of removing the
grinder wheel guard since the wheel if dressed from below.
•
The shaft is of hardened and ground steel, turning in a cast iron bearing that
is capable of the finest adjustment for wear and tension.
•
All surface ground true and parallel from the hole.
•
Adjustable 0˚ to 180˚ stop screws.

•
The hardened, spring loaded, entirely enclosed slide moves in a honed slide-
block that is easily adjusted for wear.
•
The spring loading puts a constant light load on the slide that is desirable for
accurate work.
•
The base angle plate is a heavy, precision ground alloy-iron casting, square
on all side to an accuracy of .0002" per inch.
•
The slide block pivots on a hardened and ground pivot-screw, with a sealed
ball thrust bearing, locking into a hardened nut.
•
Diamond and handle can be interchanged for convenience of operation.

Positive setting of the diamond to absolute center with the special gage
included with the dresser.
•
Simple, fast, accurate radius setting no height gage or other set-up aids
required. Radius is set on the grinder by measuring over the two pins or by
inserting a gage block, as shown, for direct reading inside or outside radius
is determined simply by sliding the dowel pin to the right for concave and
the left for convex.

4 x 90 graduation in full 360° circle. Chrome plated.

gent to a radius in one continuous
motion to within .0001” (0.002mm).

micrometer and a hex key wrench.

15 seconds and 1 radius plus 2 angles
