Arbor press#61302 Ratcheting 3 Ton Arbor Press allows the operator to maintain
the arm in the optimal leverage position with consistent application of force.

Arbor press #61302 has more clearance over the table for broaching or pressing
large items. It is counterweighted for rapid handle return and has a quick ram
advance via the press's side-mounted handwheel.
•
Arbor press#70103 press stand provides a sturdy base and optimal height for easy
operation. It has a slot on the top for pieces which need to extend below the base
of the press table. Stand comes with built cup for catching expressed pieces. Base
and top are cast iron with a body of welded steel. Fits all 2-4 ton presses.

The Series 200 standard machine consists of a
radial arm to a tilting arm that is balanced by a
pneumatic damper.

The tilting arm fixes to the head member and the
pneumatic motor both of them moving
perpendicularly to the work piece.

The TSVII Pneumatic motor is available in 2
speeds 350 or 750 RPM.
•
The swivel motor mount (optional) offers the
ability to tap in a vertical and horizontal position.

The tap holder is mounted directly to the
pneumatic motor with a quick change system
that utilizes common SCM tap adapter system.

This system offers a Rigid adapters for through
holes and easy to machine materials and a Torque

TAPPING MACHINE
•
To operate, just flip the switch, place the workpiece against the tap and apply
pressure. When pressure is released, the tapper automatically reverses. Sliding
backing plate design holds true relationship betweed tap and workpiece so
very small holes can be tapped without tap breakage.
•
Tapping capacity in steel is 0 to 1/4" diameter; soft metal 0 to 5/16" diameter,
plastics 0 to 3/4" diameter.
•
Units are equipped with a 1/3 hp, 115 VAC, 60 Hz, 1725 rpm motor; adjustable
stops for controlling hole depth.
•
Single-speed machine
has a 1/2" chuck and operates at 600 rpm.
Two-speed machine
has a 1/2" chuck and operates at 400 and 600 rpm.
The slower speed allows machine to also be used with chamfering, deburring
and countering tools with a shank up to 1/2" diameter OD threading can be
performed when a die holder is used.
