- 0.118" (3 mm) diameter is useful in checking small tube thicknesses
or checking the distance from a drilled hole to the edge of the workpiece.

Flat Anvil
- 0.059" (1.5 mm) in thickness, and is used to measure shoulders, lands,
fins, etc., as well as regular outside dimensions.
• Can be used without anvil and clamp to measure
heights or steps up to 0.0001".
• Spindle lock.
• Optional disc anvils are available to convert the UNI-MIKE into a compact,
low cost height micrometer. Discs have lapped mirror surfaces.
• Graduations: 0.0001".
• Carbide tipped spindle face.
• Friction thimble.
• The 317 series provides digital readout to 0.00005"/0.001 mm with ±0.0002" accuracy
and can be linked to the SPC system.
